It is made 100% in carbon fibre prepreg, based on 3D scanning of the original CSL Airbox, with aluminium mould and cured in autoclave at 120ºC, which lends the best finished you can find on the market and a major thermal and structural stability. This is the same technology used in F1.
Besides, it includes the CNC machined-made items of aluminium, aluminium threads and stainless-steel screws. His piece presents a perfect match between both sides due to a hermetic seal with a neoprene foam gasket.
CSL Karbonius Airbox present several differences with the genuine BMW CSL Airbox. We have also softened some shapes and varnished the interior, what contributes to minimize the turbulences inside the airbox system, with the consequent gain of power, around 25 HP depending on the parameters chosen for reprogramming.

Installation:
Relatively easy assemble. Not necessary to perforate or cut anything. You will simply disassemble the origin piece and assemble this one, although changing several origin parts is necessary.
